It'll Be Ok!!

It’ll be ok I promise. Sometimes we allow ourselves to get so caught up in trying to figure things out; contemplating all the what ifs, that we lose our peace and joy. We begin to meditate on the dilemma so much that we have forgotten to take it to our Lord in prayer. If we get into trying to fix our problems on our own in our own strength we most certainly will complicate things even further. We have to learn to instinctively run to the throne room full of humility and a willingness to listen and obey. Then we can make our supplications known to God, lay down our will at His feet and accept His Wisdom thankfully. I love this verse. It has taught me that I only have to deal with today’s problems today. I don’t have to worry about tomorrow’s problems now. In fact I don’t have to worry at all and neither do you, because God’s got it. There is nothing that happens in our life that God is not in full control of. Do you want to know God's will for your life?

We all want to be sure that we are making the right decisions in our lives. As Christians we want to be sure that we are being lead by God because we know that He will lead us down the right path every time.

Our Heavenly Father is so awesome! He is always willing to give a bountiful supply of wisdom to those who believe and ask him in faith. The Lord wants you to know His will for your life at all times. That is why we have the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit lets us know God’s thoughts and gives us wisdom from the Father.

1 Corinthians 2:11-12 says, (Amplified Bible)
“11For what person perceives (knows and understands) what passes through a man's thoughts except the man's own spirit within him? Just so no one discerns (comes to know and comprehend) the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
12Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us] that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly] bestowed on us by God.

The more time we spend time together with God through prayer, praise, and reading His Word we will begin to recognize the voice of the Holy Spirit and it is then that we will begin to truly comprehend that through the Holy Spirit we have the mind of Christ. We will then begin to experience peace that surpasses understanding as we allow the Holy Spirit to guide us in every decision we make for our lives.

Remember the miracles that our Faithful Lord has done in your life and in those around you. Remind yourself of them especially while you are in the middle a terrible storm.
